The agentic team company. Humans and agents, same room.
Oasis is the first virtual office where humans and agents work side by side. 200+ signups a day with zero marketing spend, and a developer brand still waiting to be built. A team in New York, hiring for community.

Demand is already here. The brand isn’t, yet.
Oasis is growing on pure word of mouth: 200+ signups a day with nothing spent on marketing. The product has found its early believers among developers. What it hasn’t had is anyone whose job is to turn that into a community.
Every team is becoming an agent team
Spawning an agent is easy; getting a team of them to work together is not. Oasis is the virtual office where humans and agents share a room, and the category is being named right now.
Organic growth, zero spend
200+ signups a day, 2K users in the scoped beta, #3 Product of the Week on Product Hunt, and 500K+ organic views on the previous launch.
A dev brand waiting to be built
The developers Oasis needs are reachable in person, at dinners, talks, and socials. Nobody owns that motion yet. That is the hire.
Oasis Desktop.
A Mac app that lets you share local coding agents with your teammates. Oasis Desktop can spin up and share Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, Kilo Code, Hermes Agent, and Devin CLI sessions, right on your laptop, as long as they’re installed.
Start a session with your team and bring in Claude Code: “What’s wrong with auth? The tests have been failing since Tuesday, help us figure it out.” The agent reads the files and runs the suite directly on your machine, and when it asks why the session middleware changed last week, a teammate answers in the exact same session.
The early signal is loud.
200+/day signups
Organic, with zero active marketing spend. 500K+ organic views on their previous launch; 2K active users.
2K beta users
In the scoped beta with high spend per user; ~1K spent $100+ in tokens during the beta.
#3 Product of the Week
On Product Hunt. Peak token spend hit $1K/day from a single user in one day.
Out in the world.

What they’re hiring for.
One GTM hire, New York, on-site. The job is to make Oasis known in the developer community, and to keep it that way.
Events / Community
- Run a regular cadence of dinners, talks, and socials, end to end
- Bring quality attendees: tapped into tech, with the network to fill a room
- Own logistics end-to-end, from venue and invites to the day itself
- An X following helps, as does a “community,” “ecosystem,” or “growth” title, which measurably lifts outreach response rates when inviting engineers
If you can fill a room with the right engineers, let’s talk.
On-site in New York. A product already growing on word of mouth, and a developer community that nobody has built yet.
