Sales & GTM · San Francisco

Agentic CRM for forward-deployed companies.

Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that assembles itself from your email, calendar, and meetings. It captures every interaction and turns it into organized context, accounts, tasks, follow-ups, and insights, so nothing slips through the cracks. Instead of forcing teams to maintain rigid systems, Lightfield learns from how companies actually work, adapting, automating, and surfacing the insight that drives growth, the CRM they always wished existed: fast, intelligent, and genuinely helpful.

San Francisco · in office · ~30-day cycles
  • Own the full sales cycle, discovery, demo, pilot, and close, with 30-day cycles. Your buyers are VP Sales, RevOps leads, and technical founder-CEOs at 20–250-person startups.
  • Work the pipeline that already exists and build on top of it. Hundreds of active accounts with team adoption, multi-seat usage, and CRM-migration signals. Enrich and prioritize that base, then layer targeted outbound into Series A/B portfolios for 3–4× pipeline coverage.
  • Shape the sales playbook, the pilot templates, mutual action plans, and collateral that become the foundation for the team that follows.
  • Run pilots that convert. Design and execute pilots with co-authored success criteria, and keep them tight, if pilots linger, deals die.

Who they’re looking for

The fit

Series A/B buyers

Someone who can turn strong self-serve signal into closed revenue: full-cycle closing into technical startup buyers, comfort running tight pilots, and the instinct to build the playbook rather than inherit one.

Based in San Francisco, in office, selling to VP Sales, RevOps, and founder-CEOs at 20–250-person companies.

The moment

Inbound is insane, now layering in outbound

A small team moving incredibly fast. Inbound is strong across all out-of-home, billboards, newsletters, brand ads, and conferences, and they’re now layering in outbound.
